Nico is the eldest son of Italian + Colombian immigrants. Born in California but creatively raised in Detroit, his approach to filmmaking is all-soul-no-fluff.

Maybe it was his harrowing experience with cancer, or maybe it’s innate to his disposition, but he will always prioritize soul and substance over the inconsequential.
